| Introduction |
Aussie Shareguide is an Australian owned business (ABN
65 280 069 1670) specialising in the provision of very high quality innovative share
analysis and research to investors interested in the Australian sharemarket.
Aussie Shareguide sets new standards of presentation, coverage and content. We can make this claim, because the people behind
Aussie Shareguide have had extensive experience both in the publishing of
specialist sharemarket information and as investors themselves.
For too long the best information belonged to privileged investors. Aussies
Shareguide will now make available a whole host of information and research unequalled anywhere else in the world - to everyone. But it is much more than that.
This revolution comes about as a consequence of the vision of the two founders
of Aussie Shareguide, Bill Williams and Malcolm Knowles.

In 1977 he was selected to attend the Officer Cadet School, where he graduated
as one of the top officer cadets.
In 1980 the Army sent Malcolm to university where he undertook a Bachelor Of Business (Personnel and Industrial Relations). Malcolm graduated dux of his class receiving the South Australian Chamber of Commerce Gold
Medal as the top graduate. Malcolm also received the Federated Clerk's Union

Meet
Aussie Shareguide's Bill Williams (Founder)
BBus (Personnel & Industrial Relations) |
Bill has enjoyed a diverse career having originally joined the SA Police in 1966 where he served in mainly remote country areas. He later became involved in the mining industry, real estate industry and horseracing spheres.
In the late 1970’s Bill studied Accountancy and later at university studied for a Bachelor of Business degree.
It was at university that Bill met fellow founder Malcolm Knowles, with whom he did many joint projects and research papers.
In the 1970’s Bill became interested in the sharemarket and began buying shares. This of course was in the pre-computer era where limited or ‘old’ information was the norm, their was no such thing as “on-line” brokers and “chalkies” recorded information for the public to view in the local stock exchange.
Given our mutual research experiences at university, together with my imbedded interest in the stock market, we began to research many and various aspects of share market movement and price fluctuation. Over several years of research
Aussie Shareguide emerged. Since our initial experiences we have improved and enhanced
Aussie Shareguide to the product it is today.
Whilst we spent many hundreds of hours in early research the one aspect that I find compelling is the consistency of our results over many years and through every cycle that sharemarkets can experience.
In recent years we invited Tristan Knowles to join us, given his training and experience.
Aussie Shareguide is also a sponsor and supporter of the Tristan Knowles Kids with Cancer Foundation.

Introducing
Tristan Knowles OAM (Research and Development)
BCom (Financial Planning) |
|
Tristan
commenced a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning in 2002 at
the University of Wollongong. He graduated in 2005 in the top 5% of
students, earning a place on the Dean's Merit List.
Once
graduating, Tristan practiced as a qualified financial planner at one of
Australia's major financial institutions. Yet a career in wheelchair
basketball beckoned, and Tristan headed to Europe. He has played in Italy,
Spain and Turkey for a number of years and during that time has also
represented Australia at two Paralympic Games and two World Championships.
Tristan was awarded with an Order of Australia (OAM) for his role in
Australia's Gold Medal performance at the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games.
In
2009, Tristan accepted the role as Head of Research & Development at
Aussie Shareguide.
Tristan
has been committed to raising funds for children with cancer since he beat
the illness himself as a child. In 2010, he, in association with ASG
founders Malcolm Knowles and Bill Williams, setup the Tristan Knowles Kids
Cancer Foundation with the aim of establishing a $10mill capital fund to
support kids with cancer and their families in perpetuity.
